Georgy Tyugaev

Background

Architect, has been designing residential and commercial buildings, reconstructing historical sites and landscaping projects for more than 10 years.

He graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute with a degree in architecture of industrial buildings and structures, as well as the Higher School of Marketing of the National Research University of Higher School of Economics.

He started his career at Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, worked in the Russian office of the British company Swanke Hayden Connell Architects (pr. Aukett Swanke) and the Apex design bureau.

Since 2016, he joined the T+T Architects team.

Among the significant projects are the strategy for the integrated development of Innopolis, the reconstruction and improvement of the TASS building, work on the projects of the Residence MONET residential complex, the Polyanka 44 mansion, Presnensky Val 21, the Lucky+ business district, the headquarters of Sportmaster and O'stin. Co-author of the winning project of the All-Russian competition for the development of small towns and historical settlements (Ostashkov). Finalist of the 3rd Architecture Biennale of Kazan.
