Igor Tsyganash

Background

In 2005, he was the Acting Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Federal Registration Service for the Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Districts.  

Until 2007, he held the position of Assistant to the Deputy Governor of the Department of Economics of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, and then Head of the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Chelyabinsk Region.

From 2017 to the present, he has been the head of the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Sverdlovsk Region.
