Background
Architect, entrepreneur, founder and head of the T+T Architects bureau. Under Sergey's leadership, redevelopment and new construction projects, landscaping and interiors are underway. Among them are the project of the headquarters of the Savings Bank and the innovative Multispace office space, the reconstruction of the Belgrade Hotel in Moscow (Azimut Smolenskaya) and the loft quarters studio #8, studio #12, the integrated development of buildings in Innopolis, as well as residential complex projects in Moscow, Samara and Vladivostok. He is a laureate of architectural awards, including international and European Property Awards.
