Pauline works with professionals as well as organizations that provide affordable, flexible, and cost-effective online education, creating the best talent for the construction industry, from meetings to the supply chain, both in the UK and internationally.

BRE Academy's business continues to grow significantly by advancing the profession in the industry, providing lifelong learning and developing career paths for construction industry professionals.

Before BRE, Paulina worked in IT, developing international training at the start dot.com , and before that in the automotive industry, where she worked on educational programs with BMW under the MINI car program. Paulina is actively involved in STEM and in various local communities to unlock opportunities and support industry, as well as empower individuals and organizations to build a better world together.
