Background

In 2006, she graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economics with a degree in Personnel Management. In 2018, she completed a refresher course at St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, specializing in Industrial and Civil Engineering. In 2022, she completed a professional retraining program at Sberbank Corporate University.

He has been working in the Etalon Group since 2013. Currently, as HR Director, he is responsible for the recruitment, development, adaptation of personnel, management of the motivation system, labor legislation and personnel administration, organizational development, and corporate culture.
