
Alexander Sverdlovsk
Background
He graduated from the MARCHI, the Berlage Institute (Rotterdam).
He worked as a project manager in such leading Dutch offices as OMA, West 8, Neitelings-Riedijk, Architecten Cie. As a teacher and researcher, he participated in the creation of The Why Factory school at the University of Delft, The Netherlands.
SVESMI was founded by architect Alexander Sverdlov and researcher, curator of educational programs Anastasia Smirnova in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. In addition to architecture itself, the bureau is engaged in the development of new housing models, urban transformations, issues of preserving historical heritage and curatorial activities.
