Background

He graduated from the Ural State Mining University with a degree in Urban Cadastre.

From 2015 to 2019, he held the position of Director of the Yekaterinburg Municipal Unitary Enterprise Engineering Geodesy, Excavation and Land Reclamation (EMUP IGRIR).

From 2019 to 2021, he worked as the director of the Municipal Budget Institution Geotrest Center for Urban Planning Competencies (MBU Geotrest).

Since 2021, he has held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations Regulation of the Yekaterinburg City Administration.

Since 2024, he has been the Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region.
