Background
Maxim Igorevich completed postgraduate studies at the Asia Institute of the KFU. Vernadsky, with a degree in "Technology and Organization of construction", also holds a master's degree in the program of training "Cost Engineering" in the field of "Construction".
He worked in various development companies in Crimea as head of the project management department, where he implemented more than 15 major projects.
Since 2019, he has headed the Architectural Design Bureau "Osnova", which, at the moment, has already designed more than 30 large-scale civil engineering projects in the Crimea, Moscow and the Moscow region. The Osnova Design Bureau team already employs more than 80 people and is one of the largest design institutes in the region.
