Elena Stepanova

Background

He holds a PhD in Economics from the Higher School of Economics. She received a Master's degree in Global Public Policy/Political Science from the RANEPA. She graduated from Singapore National University with a degree in Portfolio Management, Real Estate, and Nayan Technological University in Singapore with a degree in Strategy. She received a degree in Innovation Management from Waseda University in Tokyo.

He holds an honours degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering from the Russian University of Transport.

She joined the PIK PJSC team in 2022. Prior to that, she worked for SurbanaJurong in Singapore, the largest Southeast Asian company for integrated territorial development and industrial development. From 2014 to 2018, she headed the investment department of the Moscow Engineering and construction holding Mosinzhproekt JSC. Since 2019, he has held the position of Senior Managing Director of VEB Infrastructure JSC (VEB.RF Group).
