
Leonid Stavitsky
Background
1982. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering. He graduated from the Russian State Presidential Academy of Public Administration with a degree in Public and Municipal Administration.
1982 - 1990. He worked in various positions at the Moscow City Council: foreman, deputy chief. Chief engineer of the Byrobinstroy Trust.
2002 - 2013 The head of the Zvenigorod city district of the Moscow region.
2013 - 2019 First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.
2020 y.Chief Adviser to the General Director of the State Corporation "Fund for Assistance to Housing and Communal Services Reform"
2021 He was elected Chairman of the Board of the Association of Construction Project Expertise.
2022 Appointed Chairman of the Board of the Foundation for the Conservation and Development of the Solovetsky Archipelago (Decree of the President of Russia dated 03.03.2022).
