Ilona Soboleva

Background

In 2002, she graduated with honors from the Ural University of Economics (USUE-SINH, Yekaterinburg), with a degree in economics and enterprise management.

Starting in 1997 as an ordinary realtor, in January 2005 she became a co-founder and one of the heads of the BEST Real Estate Center, one of the largest real estate agencies in Yekaterinburg, with 8 branches at the beginning of 2019.

Practical experience includes a wide range of skills and competencies: work in the secondary real estate market, work experience in the primary market, including creating a developer's sales department from scratch, work in financial accounting and project management. He also has extensive experience in organizing corporate events and real estate fights.

She was the initiator of the creation and the first head of the corporate training center in her agency, and is the author of her own methodology for recruiting staff and training interns in a real estate agency.

He has been a certified real estate broker since April 2005.

Since 2009, he has been teaching basic courses at UPN for agents, real estate brokers and mortgage consultants.

In 2018, she was elected to the Board of the UPN, heading the newly created Internal Communications Committee, as well as the Ethics Commission of the UPN.

In February 2019, she was elected President of the UPN by the General Meeting.

Currently, he heads the Organizing Committee of the XI Ural Real Estate Forum. He is also a member of the National Council of the Russian Guild of Realtors (NP "RGR") and oversees the SRM department in the Committee on Partners of the RGR.
