Vadim Ivanovich started his professional career at Maltsovsky Portland Cement, CJSC EUROCEMENT Group, where he worked his way up from the foreman of the dust removal equipment repair department to the chief mechanic.
In 2007-2010, he held various positions at the Timlyui Cement Plant (Buryatia) and Sibtsemservice (Kemerovo), part of the Siberian Cement Holding.
From 2010 to 2014, he worked at the Voronezh branch of EUROCEMENT Group CJSC as Deputy Branch Manager and Technical Director.
From 2014 to 2017, he held the post of Technical Director at JSC Kuvasaycement.
In 2017-2019, Vadim Ivanovich worked as a technical director at Yuzhno-Kyrgyz Cement CJSC.
In 2019, he became the General Director of the National Non-Metallic Company JSC group at the Sychevsky Industrial and Technical Combine LLC and the General Director of RKNM JSC.
