
Daria Smirnyagina
Background
She graduated from UrFU with a degree in Construction and Organization Management and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a degree in Public and Municipal Administration.
Since 2007, she has worked in the Yekaterinburg City Administration, and since 2012, she has been involved in urban development of the Verkhny Isetsky district of Yekaterinburg in the Glavarchitecture of the Yekaterinburg City Administration.
Since 2016, she has been the head of the departments of assessment of built-up areas and investment and urban development activities of the Ministry of Construction of the Sverdlovsk Region.
Since 2021, he has been the Head of the Department of Integrated Territorial Development of the Ministry of Construction of the Sverdlovsk Region.
