Background

Since 2008, she has held various expert positions in the Russian Ministry of Finance; since 2012, she has been Head of Gazprom Neft's Debt capital markets; since 2016, she has been Manager of the Financial Markets Development Department of the Bank of Russia. From 2017 to 2020 – Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Acting Director of the Department of Financial Banking and Investment Development. In 2020, she joined the DOM.Russian Federation" to participate in the creation and development of a new mechanism for financing infrastructure using bonds. Since March 2022, she has been the head of the Sustainable Development division at DOM.RF Bank, and since November 2022, she has been the head of the Sustainable Development and International Cooperation Division at DOM.RF.
