Mr. Scarabelli has gained extensive experience in the field of segmental bridge construction, focusing on construction methodology. His experience comes from a technical background built on a degree in structural civil engineering. Structural design and attention to detail are part of the skills that Francesco always uses in his work. In addition to developing his technical skills, he has also been part of several major projects with De Eccher Group (Rizzani de Eccher and DEAL) and, in particular, in the USA, where he spent most of his professional career. An additional important aspect in his work is the use of the "Safety in Design" approach and other safe practices.
