Background

Under Pavel Alekseevich's leadership and direct participation, documents were developed aimed at shaping Yekaterinburg's urban planning policy, including:

• Standards of urban planning design of the city district — municipal formation "city of Yekaterinburg";
• Yekaterinburg Spatial Development Strategy;
• Draft amendments to the Yekaterinburg Master Plan for the period up to 2025;
• The concept of territorial development of the city district — the municipal entity "city of Yekaterinburg" in the Yekaterinburg agglomeration;
• The general plan of the city district — municipal formation "city of Yekaterinburg" for the period up to 2045.
