Background
Sizov Andrey Aleksandrovich was born on April 16, 1980 in Omsk. He graduated from the Ural Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a degree in Law. In 2010, he graduated from the Ural Academy of Public Administration with a degree in Public and Municipal Administration. From 1997 to 2018, he served in the internal affairs bodies. Since 2018, he has been an adviser to the General Director of the Academic Management Company. Since December 2021, he has been the General Director of the Academic Management Company. He is married and has two children.
