Background

Mr. White holds a Master's degree in Architecture (in Civil Engineering) from the University of Cambridge, and a Master's degree in Defense Technology from Cranfield University.

At Control Risks, Mr. White is involved in structural safety issues in Europe and Africa. Prior to that, for more than two years he was a technical consultant at Petrofac oilfield service company, where he took an active part in a project to develop safety infrastructure at oil plants in the Algerian desert. Prior to that, he served for 19 years in the British Army as an officer of the engineering forces in multidisciplinary technical groups, dealing mainly with operational and infrastructural issues.
