Andrey Shishkin

Background

He graduated from Irkutsk State Technical University (IrSTU) with a degree in Civil Engineering and Technology.

He received a second (additional) higher education in Strategic Management and Management at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (ANH), the Institute of Business and Business Administration (IBDA).

Since 1996, he has been working in the construction market.

He held the position of Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Construction and Housing and Communal Services, was a member and headed the Board of Directors of various organizations, and also held the position of General Director.

Since 2018, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Urban Planning Institute of Spatial Modeling and Development "Mirproekt" (until 12/16/2021 "Giprogorproekt"), in Moscow.
