Background
He graduated from the Faculty of Management in the Chemical and Metallurgical Industry of the State University of Management (Moscow) with a degree in Management in Metallurgy. He received additional education at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a degree in Strategic Enterprise Management and Effective Leadership Skills.
Prior to joining the commercial service, Ventall headed the Ventall-Don plant. Previously, he had been managing sales at Rautaruukki, SSAB, and Kingspan corporations for more than 10 years. He has successfully implemented more than 200 projects.
