35 years of work in the field of professional education from the master of industrial training to the deputy head of the educational organization for scientific and methodological work, experience in the regional methodological structure for standardization of employers' requirements to the competencies of students of secondary vocational education.

Since 2003, the field of professional interests has been related to professional standards.

Since 2011, at UrFU, she has been providing methodological support for innovative projects: "Development and implementation of corporate professional standards in JSC UMMC into personnel management practice"; "Establishment of a qualification system in the construction industry of the Ural Federal District", approved by ANO ASI.
