Xenia Shilkova

Background

Shilkova Kseniya Sergeevna, architect, urban planner.

She graduated from the Stroganov Russian State University of Art and Industry and the MARSH Moscow School of Architecture.

She joined the IND bureau in 2019. At that time, the company began to develop the direction of masterplanning – Ksenia joined the team for creating masterplans of cities, later heading it.

Ksenia's projects have successfully participated and won Russian and international competitions. She worked on masterplans for the cities of Derbent, Ecopolis on Sakhalin (first place in the international competition for the carbon-neutral innovative city project), Korsakov, Almetyevsk, Yakutsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. At the moment, Ksenia is developing a project for the integrated development of the Novy Sheregesh resort area (Kuzbass), the leading stakeholder of the project is the Tourism of the Russian Federation Corporation. In the future, it is planned that a new city will grow on the basis of the first, tourist, stage of the project.
