
Julia Sheveleva
Background
She received a higher professional education at the Ural Art University with a degree in Industrial Design. After six years of studying in Russia, Yulia completed an internship at the University of Huddersfield, specializing in Product Design.
She has been professionally engaged in design since 2009 as a private designer and in collaboration with studios.
In 2016, she founded her own Sheveleva Interiors bureau.
Julia is a regular speaker at conferences in the field of interior design. The bureau's work has been published in various print media and online platforms.
In 2023, she developed the Fiji furniture collection for the Aurica factory, which was presented at the Forum 100+ exhibition, Art House Moscow, and also won the iDesign award for the best object design in 2024. The collection has been fully launched into mass production and is presented in the showrooms of the factory.
