He worked at NIIOSP since 1981. Since 1991, he has been Deputy General Director of LLC Firm Baltiy. Since 2008, he has been the General Manager of the Russian Society for Soil Mechanics, Geotechnics and Foundation Engineering, and a member of the ISSMGE International Society.

The main areas of activity are scientific activity, survey, design, development of regulatory documents in the field of strengthening foundations, foundation soils and pile foundations.
