Anwar Shamuzafarov

Background

A. Shamuzafarov, in accordance with the decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation, was appointed: 

In 1996, he became State Secretary and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Construction of Russia., 

In 1997, he became the First Deputy Chairman of the State Construction Committee of Russia., 

In 1998, he became the First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Land Construction of Russia. 

From November 1998 to June 1999, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Housing Mortgage Lending Agency, established by decision of the Government of the Russian Federation. From 2006 to 2008 – Director of the Construction Department of the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia.

Shamuzafarov served as Chairman of the State Construction Committee of Russia from June 1999 to the end of October 2002. In accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 505 of March 14, 2000, he is a Full State Adviser of the Russian Federation of the 1st class.
