Background
Nikiforov Sergey Vladimirovich is the Chief Engineer of the Lakhta Center project.
Born in Kaliningrad, Moscow region, on January 23, 1973.
He graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering. University of Reading, UK, majoring in Project Management, MBA.
From 1995 to 2012, he worked at the representative office of the British company Ove Arup and Partners International LTD in Russia.
Since June 2012, he has been the Chief Engineer of IFC Lakhta Center JSC.
