Background
Sergey Petrovich Myamin was born on February 1, 1972 in Sverdlovsk. He graduated from UGTU-UPI with a degree in system engineering. He graduated from the MBA program.
From 1999 to 2001, he headed the Materials Department of the Sverdlovsk Railway Logistics Company.
From 2001 to 2003, he was Deputy General Director of Ural House-Building Plant CJSC, which performed a full range of design work on the construction of zero cycles, laying engineering networks, landscaping, construction, installation and finishing works with turnkey facilities. While holding this post, Sergey Petrovich organized the structuring of the company in order to improve its financial health.
From 2003 to 2007, he was the General Director of Nova-Stroy CJSC. Participated in the organization of a construction holding company with the functions of a customer, developer, and investor. He formed a strategy for the development of the construction company, created a company that performs the function of a general contractor. During the management of the company, the company has reached the volume of leased facilities of more than 50 thousand square meters per year. Unique technologies of modern panel housing construction have been developed. Sergey Petrovich participated in the creation and modernization of the Betfor plant, which produces materials for monolithic housing construction. Myamin applied strategic management methods based on key performance indicators at the enterprise, organized a housing sales system using the results of marketing research.
As part of the Affordable Housing program, he participated in the restructuring and preparation of the business for further sale.
From 2008 to 2011, Sergey Petrovich was the Executive Director of Forum Group CJSC, in charge of the development area and the implementation of the customer's function.
His last job was Director of Betfor Reinforced Concrete Products Plant, LLC, Ural branch of LSR LLC.
Since 2016, he has been Deputy General Director of Forum Group CJSC.
