Background

From 2009 to 2012, he served as Deputy Head of the Center for Expertise of Scientific and Urban Planning Activities of the Non-Profit Partnership Self-Regulatory Organization for Construction and Protection from Natural and Man-Made Risks (NP SRO ROSS).

From 2012 to 2013, he was the head of the Design and Engineering Department at VNII Reinforced Concrete CJSC.

2013 - present holds the position of chief expert inspector of project documentation of the expert institution NP "SRO ROSS" ("SROSEXPERTIZA"), ANO "SROSEXPERTIZA".

Since 2018, he has also been the Director General of the Eurasian Seismic Association (EACA).
