Sergei Lekomtsev

Background

Sergey Platonovich Lekomtsev, born on 01.01.1950, graduated from Perm Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Welding Technology and Equipment, is married, registered and lives in Yekaterinburg.

He started his career in 1975, with a total work experience of over 40 years.

Sergey Platonovich headed the Ural Builders Association from 2009 to 2019. The Association includes more than 200 construction organizations in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region.

With the direct active participation of S.P. Lekomtsev, "problematic" issues were resolved to support the construction industry both in the short and long term at the level of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Administration of the city of Yekaterinburg, such as:

• 
  reduction of the initial price of land plots for housing construction;
• The practice of illegal additional encumbrances on developers when charging fees for technological connection is universally excluded.

At the moment, Sergey Platonovich is the Coordinator of the National Association of Builders in the Ural Federal District.
