The General Director of CJSC Gorproekt is Sergey Ilyich Lakhman, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Honorary Builder of Russia.
CJSC City Design Institute of Residential and Public Buildings (Gorproekt) performs the full range of services for the design of buildings and structures: architectural, structural, engineering and special sections of design documentation, in addition, the company performs the functions of general designer. One of the areas of specialization of CJSC Gorproekt is the design of high-rise complexes.
CJSC Gorproekt is a member of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
