Graduated in 1983 from the Novosibirsk Order of the Red Banner of Labor Kuibyshev Civil Engineering Institute, specializing in industrial and civil engineering, civil engineer.
He started his career in 1977 as a handyman at the Rassvet collective farm.

From 1989 to 1993, Chairman of the Infra Repair and Construction Cooperative, Komsomolsk-on-Amur;
From 1993 to 2015 - Director, General Director of LLC Infra Construction company, Komsomolsk-on-Amur;
Since March 2015, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Khabarovsk Territory Government for Construction.
