Sergei Dubinsky
Background
Graduated from MAI, Faculty of Aircraft (1987). Ph.D. (topic "Numerical modeling of wind impacts on high-rise buildings and complexes", 2010).
He has extensive experience in numerical modeling of wind aerodynamics of high-rise and large-span structures, modeling of natural and climatic impacts, verification calculations for strength, stability, explosion safety, fire resistance and progressive collapse using ANSYS PCs and other programs. Currently, he is engaged in numerical modeling of the aerodynamics of high-speed trains and their effects on the track infrastructure, as well as issues of rail strength and service life.
