Alexey Serebryakov

Background

Alexey Mikhailovich Serebryakov has been working at Glavgosexpertiza of Russia for more than 4 years.

Serebryakov A.M. has more than 36 years of professional experience. Of these, 16 years in design organizations, including BEFORE JSC Giprospetsgaz and JSC Gazprom.

Holds the title of Candidate of Technical Sciences.

After graduation, he participated in the development of projects and the construction of hydroelectric power plants in Karelia, Ossetia, Dagestan, and Angola.

During his time at Gazprom, he was directly involved in the implementation strategy of such well-known strategic facilities as: Blue Stream, Nord Stream, Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok, Bovanenkovo-Ukhta, South Stream, Turkish Stream,Vladivostok LNG" and others.

During his time as Head of the Department of Energy Complex and Industrial Facilities from 2018 to 2021, under the leadership of A.M. Serebryakov, consolidated conclusions of the state expertise on control facilities that were undergoing state expertise under Government programs were issued.  Since October 2021, A.M. Serebryakov has been appointed Deputy head of the Institution – head of the Engineering Center, oversees the work of the Management of Energy Complex and Industrial facilities, Management of Industrial, Nuclear, Radiation, Fire Safety and GOChS.
