Anastasia Semenova

Background

Anastasia Sergeevna received a degree in Civil Service Personnel Management from the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation.

After graduation, she began her career in construction and development companies. For over 6 years, she has worked in various organizations. In the period from 2015 to 2017, she worked at the UNITY recruitment agency. In 2017-2018, she joined OLIMROEKT Group, and in 2018 continued her career at AFI Development. In 2018-2019, she worked at Stone Hedge.

Since 2019, Anastasia has held the position of HR and Development Director at OLIMPROEKT Group, where she is responsible for personnel management and employee development.

Starting in 2021, Anastasia is also engaged in the development of the BIM Academy within the framework of the OLIMPROEKT Group. Her task is to create and develop a training program in the field of BIM, as well as to ensure the professional development of employees of OLIMPROEKT Group in this field.
