Dmitry Semenchenko

Background

He graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute.

Experience in real estate since 1996.

He started in the field of building and structure maintenance.

He worked in the RD Project Development group of companies. From 2000 to 2012, he worked in project management at M.K. 3, including working on the projects Guards of the Urals, Yekaterinburg, Neskuchny Home&SPA; since 2012, Executive Director of M.K. 3. He has experience working in projects involving international companies.

The design and engineering bureau M.K.3 was founded in 1994 by the French engineer Robert Maldonado. He has been designing more than 500,000 square meters per year for 23 years in the market, serving as a general designer, technical customer and certified BREEAM auditor.  More than 400 completed projects throughout Russia and the CIS in residential, office, commercial and industrial real estate, including unique and high-rise buildings. VIM is a design and patented project management method based on the best international practices. The company's offices are located in Moscow and Almaty.
