Background
Doctor of Technical Sciences.
In 1969, he graduated from the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering with a degree in Civil Engineering.
In 1980, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic: "Concretes from highly mobile mixtures for densely reinforced structures."
In 1995, he defended his doctoral thesis on the topic: "Scientific foundations of concrete modification with ultrafine materials."
Winner of two prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation in the nomination: "For achievements in the field of science and technology" in 2000 and 2012.
Since 2017, he has been a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences.
