Karthikeyan Sattanathan

Background

Mr. Karthikeyan has more than 25 years of experience in the field of industrial energy efficiency, eco-friendly buildings and eco-labeling.

He is currently the Head of the Certification Service for eco-friendly buildings at the Indian Green Building Council CII (CII-IGBC). He has made significant contributions to the development of Indian certification systems for environmentally friendly buildings.

He also contributed to the development of the Net Zero management system for energy, water treatment, waste and carbon emissions in the construction and operation of buildings in India.

He played a key role in the development and launch of the Indian eco—labeling company GreenPro. GreenPro contributes to the transformation of the eco-friendly products market in the Indian construction sector.
