Background

In 1993, he graduated from the Moscow Higher Combined Arms Command Order of Lenin and the October Revolution Red Banner College. The Supreme Council of the RSFSR.

In 2003 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Law.

In 2005, he graduated from the Academy of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.

Professional activity:

• 1989-2016 – served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and in the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
• 2016-2017 – Head of projects for asset control of the Radioelectronic Cluster (industrial complex) of the Rostec State Corporation.
• 2017-2018 – General Director of JSC Concern Automatika.
• From 2018 to the present, he has been the Industrial Director of the Radioelectronic Complex of the Rostec State Corporation.
