
Oleg Rybin
Background
Until 1996, he worked at the design institutes of the Ministry of Defense, river Transport, and a design and construction company. From 1996 to 2002, he worked in the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Nizhny Novgorod City Administration. From 2002 to 2005, he was Deputy head of the city administration, head of the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, Chief Architect of Nizhny Novgorod, Chairman of the coordinating and urban planning councils of the city.
From 2004 to 2011, he was an associate professor at the Department of Architectural Design at Nizhny Novgorod Architectural University (NNGASU).
From 2005 to 2011, he was the first deputy head of the Department of Urban Development, Chief Architect of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Deputy Chairman of the Urban Planning Council of the region, Chairman of the Architectural Council.
Since April 2011, the first deputy head of the Moscow Architecture and Urban Planning Committee was appointed Acting Head of the Moscow Architecture Department on July 12, 2012. From April 15, 2013 to November 28, 2014, he was Chairman of the Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of St. Petersburg.
From 2016 to the present – Vice-President of the Union of Architects of Russia.
