Background
In 2002, he graduated from the Ural State Mining and Geological Academy with a degree in Electric Drive and Automation of Industrial installations and Technological Complexes. Immediately after graduating from the academy, he began his career at Gazprom Transgaz Yugorsk LLC, working his way up from a 2nd-class electrician to a leading engineer in the corrosion protection production department. During his time in the department, he organized the processes of major repairs, construction and reconstruction of facilities of the Gazprom Trangas Yugorsk gas transmission system, and introduced new repair technologies.
In 2011, he founded NPP Neftegazdiagnostika LLC and continued his professional career as the head of this organization.
