Background
Graduated from Novosibirsk Civil Engineering Institute in 1982. Kuibyshev (NISI) with a degree in Architecture.
She worked as an architect of planning works at the Novosibirsk Design Institute SIBZNIEP, architectural and planning workshop No. 4 (1982 - 1988). Then he became the leading architect of the Omsk Territorial Institute Omskgrazhdanproekt (1988-2018).
