He graduated from the Leningrad Higher Military Engineering and Construction Red Banner College named after General of the Army A. N. Komarovsky (LVVISK), engineer.
He has worked for more than 15 years at the 160th Electromechanical Plant of the Russian Ministry of Defense. He worked his way up to the position of commercial director.
