Raymond Fadel works in AECOM's Moscow office and is responsible for shaping the company's strategy in the Russian market; he helps create new opportunities and expand AECOM's presence in the local market.
Raymond leads a group of talented engineers capable of delivering world-class projects.
He has been working with leading developers and architects for over 25 years. A mechanical engineer by training, Raymond started his career in Beirut, and in 1995 moved to Moscow. He has extensive knowledge in the fields of mechanical and electrical system installation technologies, maintenance and repair, installation of steam and gas turbines, environmental protection, and specializes in design and construction issues, local and international approvals. Among his recent achievements are the famous new Spartak stadium in Moscow, the conclusion of an agreement on the M10 toll highway project.
Raymond joined AECOM in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer, and became Regional Director a year later. Raymond is interested in sustainable, innovative projects, so he has assembled an impressive team, which includes the best specialists in the country.
Under his leadership, the AECOM division in Russia has expanded significantly, which has made it possible to introduce advanced international working methods to the local market. A key component of the success was Raymond's approach to developing strong customer relationships, as well as collaborating with diverse multidisciplinary teams of designers, planners, and staff offering innovative approaches.
