Elena Poznyak

Background

Since 1998, I have been working at the MEI at the Department of Dynamics and Strength of Machines. In 2000, she defended her PhD thesis on "Determining the reliability of deep-sea stationary oil production platforms." In 2019, she defended her doctoral thesis "Development of methods of the wave theory of seismic resistance". In 2015-2020, she worked part-time at the V.A. Kucherenko Central Research Institute, in the laboratory of automation of research and design of structures. Currently, I am the Deputy Director for Science at Eurosoft LLC. Area of scientific interests: structural mechanics, theory of vibrations, dynamics of structures, theory of earthquake resistance, nonlinear dynamics. She has published about 80 scientific and educational works.
