Background

Graduate student of the N.M. Gersevanov National Research Institute of Economics 1974-1977, defended his PhD dissertation in 1978, Senior Researcher, Head of the Laboratory of Seismic Resistance of Pile Foundations in the Central Asian Branch of the National Research Institute of Economics (Dushanbe) 1978-1987, Head of the Lviv Department of the National Research Institute of Economics (Lviv) 1988-1992, leading researcher, Head of the Laboratory of pile Foundations, leading researcher NIIOSP (Moscow) from 1997 to the present. More than 70 publications, 30 patents for inventions, participation in the development of regulatory documents on subsidence soils and pile foundations.
