Background
He graduated with honors from UGTU-UPI with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management, as well as with a degree in Reference Translator in the field of international Business.
He holds an MBA degree from CHUDPO "VESH".
In 2013, he graduated from the Presidential Management Training Program at UrFU.
Since 2007, he has been working in the field of technical expertise and design.
In 2010, he founded the Stroy Expert company, which was engaged in the research and expertise of buildings and structures. In 2015, the company grew into the ITEM project organization, which currently employs about 150 people. By 2022, the company has implemented more than 200 projects.
