In construction since 2012, in "Atlas Development" — since 2021. She worked her way up from the head of the engineering solutions workshop to the deputy director of the technical customer service. She formed and headed the Design management department. Oversees design: manages the portfolio of facilities at all stages of design, develops standardization and cost of technical solutions, implements TIM/BIM. Under her leadership, ODS has been implemented in the design and work is underway with a digital information model.
