From 2017 to 2019– he was the General Director of the Center for Industrial Development of the Leningrad Region.

From 2018 to the present – CEO Worldskills Services LLC.  

He is an expert in the following areas: corporate standards, personnel audit, implementation of advanced training, development of human resources, building an individual career trajectory.

He holds the position of Advisor to the Director General at the Agency for the Development of Skills and Professions (established in 2018).  The Agency offers expertise in analyzing and preparing regional economies for market changes, as well as best practices in scientific labor organization and professional training for the Russian market.
