Maksim Pinchugov

Background

Graduated in 1999.  Yekaterinburg Fire Technical College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, specializing in fire safety.

In 2013, he graduated from the Ural Plekhanov University of Economics with a degree in finance and credit.

He is a 1st year student of the Faculty of Management Personnel of the Academy of GPS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, specializing in public and municipal administration.

From 2000 to 2014, he served in various positions of the State Fire Supervision Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region.

On 09/08/2015, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Main Directorate – Head of the Department of Supervision and Preventive Work of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Sverdlovsk Region.

By Order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia dated 07/06/2016 No. 123 NS, he was awarded the special rank of Colonel of the Internal Service from 30.06.2016.

He has a number of departmental awards.
