Background
He has been working in the real estate industry for more than 10 years. He held senior positions at the Skolkovo Foundation, VDNKH, and the Moscow City Innovation Agency. He was responsible for the regional development of territories in the Far Eastern Federal District and oversaw the implementation of the Far Eastern Quarter program.
